Yvedjine Charles

Yvedjine Charles graduated in psychoeducation from the Université de Montréal, with a bachelor's and a master's degree. Since September 2024, she has been a member of the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec (OPPQ). Her deep desire to help others and support them on their journey naturally led her to psychoeducation. Throughout her internships and professional experiences, Yvedjine has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents in the health and social services network, to adults and seniors in community organizations and at the CLSC. These experiences have enabled her to develop solid skills for accompanying individuals facing adjustment challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder, as well as difficulties related to emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships. Her approach is based primarily on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and solution-oriented approaches. A gentle, dynamic listener, Yvedjine is fully committed to each coaching session. She ensures that each person feels respected and supported, while progressing at their own pace. Away from work, Yvedjine maintains a healthy lifestyle, spending time with loved ones, cooking, playing sports and relaxing with TV series and films. Passionate about financial management, she also likes to devote time to this activity.
