Yvanna Bocage-Barthelemy

With a master’s degree in psychological sciences earned in 2014 and a Ph.D. in clinical and social psychology completed in 2018 at the University of Poitiers, Yvanna has built a rich and diverse professional career at the intersection of clinical practice, neuropsychology, and higher education. After several years devoted primarily to research and university teaching, she chose, upon moving to French Polynesia, to refocus more on clinical work while maintaining a practice grounded in scientific evidence and clinical reflection. Now based in Montreal, she has chosen to join the CERC to continue thriving in the clinical field with a diverse range of clients.

Throughout her career, she has worked as a neuropsychologist with a variety of client groups, including individuals with emerging psychotic disorders, people with disabilities, and patients in rehabilitation centers. These experiences have enabled her to enrich her clinical practice and develop an approach centered on adaptation, active listening, and addressing the specific needs of each person she supports.

Curious and deeply drawn to human experiences, Yvanna places great importance on the present moment and on everything that allows her to live each experience to the fullest. Passionate about travel and fine dining, she loves discovering the world through different cultures, new encounters, and the simple pleasures of everyday life.
