Cleo Marchand

An experienced manager in operations and organizational development with a degree in business administration from UQAM’s School of Management Sciences, Cléo has a diverse background in team management, process optimization, and customer experience. For nearly 10 years, she led operations at a multidisciplinary clinic before serving as general manager of a renowned health and wellness facility in Montreal. Her career has also involved coordinating complex projects in the healthcare sector in collaboration with institutional partners.

Always at the heart of operations, Cléo ensures that activities run smoothly and efficiently. Recognized for her inspiring and compassionate leadership, her collaborative approach, and her ability to listen attentively, she works to support the teams and promote continuous improvement in practices.

Outside of work, she takes every opportunity to spend time outdoors. A big music lover, she also enjoys biking and watching hockey.
