Sonia Virmontois

Sonia Virmontois studied Psychology in France. She obtained her Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, from the University of Bordeaux in 2021. During her training, she carried out various internships with adults and the elderly (neurology, geriatrics and psychiatry departments), which enabled her to learn about the assessment of acquired disorders. She then worked for over a year in a neurology department at the Bordeaux University Hospital, caring for people with mood and neurocognitive disorders following a stroke.

Finally, Sonia has decided to move to Montreal and join the CERC team in February 2023. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Neuropsychologist designation from the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec.

Sonia loves reading, nature and tennis.
