She offers support services for children, adolescents, and adults, particularly for issues related to ADHD, identity, communication, anxiety, high intellectual potential, ASD, self-esteem, assertiveness, and social skills. She also provides support to individuals in romantic relationships, whether dyadic or plural, around intimate, sexual, and emotional issues. She also has particular expertise in sexuality education and extensive knowledge of psychosexual development, which allows her to approach this area with ease and sensitivity.
Sarah uses a cognitive-behavioral approach that is inclusive, caring, and educational, focusing on the development of personal and interpersonal skills, as well as self-awareness and assertiveness, and understanding one's limits and needs. She is highly adaptable, adjusting her interventions to the needs, realities, and pace of each individual. Dynamic, relational, and a born teacher, Sarah teaches with accuracy and kindness to enable her clients to develop their own strengths in the long term, thereby promoting lasting autonomy.
