Nabil Bettira

Nabil is currently a psychology intern at the Université de Sherbrooke. In the course of his career, he has completed several internships in psychological assessment and intervention at the University Clinic, enabling him to develop solid experience with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents and their parents. In particular, he has offered support in parental guidance, favoring a collaborative approach that respects family dynamics.
Throughout his training, Nabil has been particularly interested in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, which he has integrated into his practice with sensitivity and rigor. Today, he favors an integrative approach, enabling him to adapt flexibly and thoughtfully to the unique needs of each person he accompanies. He attaches great importance to the quality of the therapeutic relationship, seen as an essential lever for change and well-being.
