Mohélie Pastor

Psychologist

After obtaining a Master's degree in psychology in France, Mohélie worked for four years in a vascular neurology unit and an adult psychiatry unit in Bordeaux. There, she worked with people who had developed mood disorders and associated comorbidities. In this context, she was made aware of various psychopathological disorders, was able to apprehend the different issues underlying each and to propose appropriate support measures.

Driven by a desire to further her knowledge and diversify her experience, Mohélie moved to Montreal and joined the CERC team in November 2023 to obtain her psychology title by equivalence. Now a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec, she continues to work in the clinic with young adults and adults with a wide range of needs (mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, relationship and personality difficulties, bereavement, etc.).

Although she adopts an integrative approach in order to adapt to the client's needs, Mohélie essentially uses a frame of reference derived from3rd wave cognitive-behavioral therapies, notably schema therapy. She also emphasizes the establishment of an empathic and authentic therapeutic relationship that encourages exploration of one's inner world. She invites you to reconnect with your experiences and feelings in a safe, caring environment.

Outside of work, Mohélie is drawn to thrilling activities and nature, but she also enjoys sharing moments of conviviality with family and friends.
