After completing her college studies in natural sciences, Florence decided to change course and pursue psychology. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Montreal, she hopes to eventually work in a field where she can support and help people on a daily basis. With more than five years of experience in customer service, she particularly enjoys interacting with people, meeting new individuals, and providing them with quality service. Outside of her studies, Florence enjoys downhill skiing and running. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
