Elliot Lebeau

Psychoeducator

Elliot graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke with a master's degree in psychoeducation and has been practicing as a psychoeducator with the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec (OPPQ) since 2017. Throughout his university career, he has had the opportunity to acquire a wealth of experience working with a diverse clientele from a variety of settings, including youth centers, addiction centers, CRDITEDs and prisons.

For the past 8 years, Elliot has been working in a multicultural school setting with young people with adjustment issues such as: anxiety disorder, oppositional disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), autism (ASD), emotion management, respect for authority, attachment disorder, etc. He has also been involved in the development and implementation of a wide range of educational programs. Parents, colleagues and customers alike describe him as optimistic, caring, empathetic, available, persevering, collaborative, reassuring and dedicated. The core of his interventions is oriented towards shared experience, meaning that each intervention is interactive and has meaning for each individual.

Finally, in his spare time, Elliot enjoys outdoor sports, organizes board game evenings with friends and takes part in obstacle course competitions.
