Dr Marie Chantal Ferland
Given her passion for the field of neuroscience and cognition, Dr. Ferland undertook her PhD in neuropsychology at Université de Montréal in 2015. Due to the excellence of her academic record and her research in neurophysiology and neurochemistry, she was awarded grants from the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Nature et Technologies as well as grants from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. She completed her doctoral studies in 2020 with honours.
Clinically, Dr. Ferland has completed two internships at the University Psychology Clinic of the Université de Montréal, as well as two internships at CERC, during which she acquired the skills needed to carry out assessments of neuropsychological syndromes in adults and children. Now that her professional training as a neuropsychologist is complete, she continues her work at the clinic, where she carries out neuropsychological assessments in French and English.
In 2021, Dr. Ferland began her Doctorate in Medicine at McGill University. After graduation in 2025, she hopes to specialize in neurology.
