Catherine Coulombe-Chiasson

Catherine is currently studying psychology at the Université de Montréal, and has a keen interest in children. So, joining CERC was an ideal opportunity for her to immerse herself in the field and deepen her knowledge of this universe that fascinates her! Catherine plans to continue her studies at the graduate level, in psychology or psycho-education.

With several years' experience in customer service, Catherine has strong customer service skills and a facility for identifying the needs of those she helps. She loves to provide a welcoming and courteous service that leaves people feeling fulfilled and satisfied. With well-being at heart, Catherine wants to have a positive impact that lasts beyond the customer's departure.

Outside work, she particularly enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music and attending concerts.
