Ania Damascus

Remedial teacher

A graduate of the University of Quebec in Montreal with a degree in special education and developmental disorders, Ania Damas has made it her mission to support people with diverse abilities by offering them caring, inclusive, and tailored remedial teaching support.

She favors an individualized approach, recognizing that each student has unique needs that evolve according to their background and life circumstances. Committed to providing rigorous and informed support, Ania has completed a specialized degree in developmental disorders, enabling her to better understand the complex issues faced by some neurodivergent students.

Joining the CERC team marks an important milestone in her professional career. She sees it as an opportunity to put all her knowledge into practice while working with a committed multidisciplinary team.

Convinced of the power of teamwork at CERC, Ania wants to help each person she supports reach their zone of proximal development so that they can progress toward their full potential.
