Most professionals or school staff (teaching or non-teaching) have already heard that they are their main working tool, so it's important to take care of themselves. This expression is equally applicable to our types of intervention. More specifically, a professional's strengths, challenges, values and limits directly influence his or her interventions and interactions with his or her environment, both with children and with colleagues. It is therefore important to identify these elements in order to promote the best possible interventions. This is the aim of this tool: to facilitate self-observation by professionals.
