This resource offers a tool to help children and teenagers develop a more accurate and holistic image of themselves, with an emphasis on self-esteem, which can be particularly fragile in young people. The tool aims to bring together and clarify the various elements that make up a young person's identity, so that they can see themselves in a more complete and balanced light. The tool takes the form of a blazon to complete, enabling young people to identify their strengths, qualities and successes. This exercise can be carried out in a variety of contexts, whether as an individual, a family, a class or among friends, and helps to highlight each person's strengths and differences. It fosters mutual recognition, empathy and support, while helping young people to better understand how they define themselves and how they are perceived by those around them.
